Milton Keynes International Festival Success "Extraordinary"

Organisers of the the first IF: Milton Keynes International Festival which took place over 10 days between 16 and 25 July 2010 and had an audience reach of over 90,000 people have described the success of the event as "extraordinary".

The Festival which aimed to pilot a festival of international arts that raised the artistic adventure of Milton Keynes, surprised Milton Keynes residents and visitors and provided a creative springboard for future artistic engagement.

As The Festival wireless broadband partner Briteyellow extended coverage of its Milton Keynes Britezone Wi-Fi managed network into the city's Campbell Park, allowing Festival revellers to enjoy high speed free internet surfing.

"Usage of Britezone was up more than 108% compared to the previous year" commented Briteyellow Chief Executive Fredi Nonyelu.
